West Mount Arabia / HORECA supply

HORECA · Hotels, restaurants & catering · United Arab Emirates

One coffee programme across every outlet you run.

Multi-outlet operators do not have a coffee problem. They have a consistency problem, a service problem and an invoicing problem. We supply the roast, place and maintain the equipment, train the baristas and bill it as one account — so the flat white in the lobby tastes like the flat white in the pool bar, and your finance team gets one statement instead of nine.

Who we supply

Built for operators, not single sites

Any operation serving coffee to a paying guest, at any scale. The structure is the same whether you run three cafés or thirty outlets across a group: one specification, one price list, one service desk.

Hotels & hotel groups

Lobby, all-day dining, specialty restaurants, banqueting, executive lounge and in-room. One roast profile across the property, or a reserve lot reserved for the signature outlet.

Multi-property · Cluster contracting
Restaurant groups

A house espresso that holds up after a heavy meal and survives being made by a floor team rather than a dedicated barista. Specified once, delivered to every branch.

Multi-branch · Fixed recipe
Café chains & specialty bars

House espresso plus a rotating filter and reserve slot, weekly delivery, recipe sheets dialled to your grinder and water, and dial-in support when the crop changes.

Weekly delivery · Roast-to-order
Catering & events

Volume supply for banqueting and offsite events, with mobile machines, urn-brew specifications and single-serve drip formats where plumbing a machine is not an option.

Event volumes · Mobile setups
Contract catering & facilities

Staff canteens, hospitals, schools and site messes. Vending and OCS equipment on a route schedule, with the ingredient range to keep every machine stocked.

Route supply · Cost per cup
Cloud kitchens & delivery

Coffee built to survive fifteen minutes in a car: tuned recipes, formats that travel, and packaging that still reads as premium when it reaches the customer.

Delivery-tuned · Volume pricing

Scope

What a supply agreement covers

We contract for the whole coffee line, not the beans alone. That is deliberate: when the machine, the coffee, the ingredients and the service sit with one supplier, there is nobody to point at when the cup is wrong.

Roasted coffee

House espresso, filter and decaf, roasted to your approved profile, delivered 48–72 hours from roast with date and batch on every bag.

Equipment placed

Bean-to-cup, traditional or vending equipment placed on site. Outright purchase, placed free against a monthly volume commitment, or 24-month rental.

Service & maintenance

Preventive maintenance on schedule, response within 24–72 working hours, repairs typically closed in 3–5 working days, parts held locally.

Ingredients

Chocolate, instant tea, karak premix, topping milk and syrups matched to your canister configuration, on the same delivery run and the same invoice.

Barista training

On-site training for your team at handover and whenever you have turnover, plus printed recipe cards and dial-in sheets that stay by the machine.

One account

Outlet-level delivery, group-level contracting. Consolidated monthly invoicing, agreed credit terms and a single point of contact for every property.

The things that actually go wrong

Consistency, continuity, and someone who answers

Nobody changes coffee supplier because the cupping score went up. They change because deliveries slipped, the machine was down over a weekend, the price moved mid-contract, or the coffee tasted different in March than it did in January. Those four are what the agreement is written against.

Same cup in March as January

Every production batch is profiled and logged in Cropster against an approved reference and cupped before release, so your recipe does not move when the crop does.

Price held for the term

Pricing fixed for the contract period rather than floated against the market, so your cost per cup is a number you can budget and defend.

Stock behind the contract

Green coffee held locally in the free zone rather than ordered against each roast, so a shipping delay at origin does not become an empty hopper in your lobby.

Local roasting

Roasted in Al Qusais, minutes from most Dubai properties. Short lead times, emergency top-ups possible, and no air freight bill inside your price.

Traceable to the farm

Single origins sourced through our own factory in the Western Ghats — Wayanad and Coorg — with named lots your sustainability reporting can actually cite. See the chain.

One number to call

A named account contact plus a service desk, not a call centre. Escalation path agreed in writing at contract signature.

Pre-opening

Opening a property in the next year?

Pre-opening is the easiest time to get coffee right and the hardest time to fix it later. Equipment specification, power and plumbing requirements, counter layout, menu engineering and opening training all need to land before handover — so we would rather be in the conversation at months six to twelve than at week two.

Equipment specification

Machine selection sized to covers and peak throughput, with power, water and counter cut-out requirements issued for your MEP drawings.

Menu development

Signature drinks developed with your chef and beverage manager, costed per cup, with recipe cards written for an opening team.

Opening support

Installation, commissioning, staff training and a technician on call through the first weeks of soft opening.

How it works

From first sample to signed agreement

A typical onboarding runs six to twelve weeks from first contact to first delivery, depending on how long your vendor registration takes. We will work to your tender calendar rather than ours.

  1. Brief

Tell us the outlets, the covers, the equipment already on site and what you are paying now. Thirty minutes on a call or a walk round the property.

  2. Samples & tasting

Samples sent to your chef and beverage team, then a cupping or a tasting on your own equipment with your own water and your own milk.

  3. Proposal

A written proposal with the roast specification, equipment schedule, service levels, training plan and a fixed price per kilo for the term.

  4. Vendor registration

We complete your supplier onboarding and submit the full documentation pack — licence, registrations, certifications, insurance and references.

  5. Trial outlet

Where you want proof before committing the group, we run a single outlet for 30 to 90 days against agreed measures and review the numbers together.

  6. Rollout

Installation scheduled outlet by outlet around your service hours, team trained at each site, and the delivery calendar set against your forecast.

For your procurement team

The paperwork, up front

Supplier onboarding usually stalls on documents. Ours are assembled and ready to submit, so registration does not add a month to your timeline. Request the supplier pack and it comes back the same working day.

  • Company profile and trade licence
  • VAT registration certificate and TRN
  • Food trade and facility permits
  • Food safety certification for the production site
  • Product registrations and approved Arabic labels
  • Product specification and allergen sheets per SKU
  • Product and public liability insurance
  • Trade and bank references
  • Service level agreement and escalation matrix
  • Sourcing and traceability statement

Invite us to quote

Send this and you will have a named contact and an acknowledgement the same working day, with samples and the supplier pack to follow. If you are running a formal tender, give us the reference and the closing date and we will submit to your format.

Goes straight to the sales desk. We reply the same working day, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
